Graphics have never been a big deal for me even though its one of the big points of PC gaming so I am willing to sacrifice high settings for playability. Running low settings on PC is somewhat has no point if you have access to console version.
If you are planning to run this game on low setting, I would advise to get the console version if you are able. I understand graphics does not make the game but I know that it is part of the game and I think it's equally important. Frankly, if you can run any games on Laptop, think of it as a previlage.
